Job Opportunity at iApotheca- Customer Support Agent (Bilingual)

iApotheca is looking for a Bilingual (French) Customer Support Agent to join our rapidly growing team. The successful candidate will be adept at working closely with iApotheca customers to provide both customer and technical support in response to inquiries and requests regarding iApotheca products and services while building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities are as follows:

• Provide superior levels of customer support and training on the iApotheca Pharmacy Platform
• Building strong customer relationships through meticulous customer care and documentation with both English and French speaking customers
•Contribute to the efforts of the iApotheca customer support team by consistently meeting goals and deadlines and ensuring excellent results
•Provide effective customer support to clients via phone and/or email as needed, resulting in full resolution whenever possible
•Direct unresolved issues to the designated resource, follow up to ensure resolution
•Ensure daily call tracking, documentation and monitoring of customer requests, maintain up-to-date, accurate records, documenting account & software changes and revisions
•Maintain account confidence and protect operations by maintaining confidentiality and impeccable ethical standards at all times
•Maintain knowledge of and adherence to departmental, company and industry policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications

•2-3 years customer service experience
•Tech savvy
•Some knowledge of the pharmacy industry is an asset
•Must speak and write both English and French fluently
•Ability to key at a reasonable speed
•Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
•Proven to work effectively as a member of a team
•Software knowledge is an asset
